The record
History
A long claim, a crate of photographs, and the months we have typed so far. The rest is still in the boxes.
The club likes to say it has been going since 1954. That appears to be true. The record is not yet on this site in full. Brick has the crates. We add a month when someone sits down with a stack of prints and a Saturday that is not for paddling.
What is up now: this summer, last month’s river, the June gathering, August a year ago when Brick cooked the trout after a late start, a weekend from 2006 when Tom and Brick and Nick were younger than they feel, a 1974 aluminum summer, and a Kodachrome weekend from 1958.
